Megan Fedor, Director
Megan earned her Master’s degree in Psychology from Villanova University and her PhD in Educational Psychology from Michigan State University. She has experience teaching in preschool and college settings and has participated in research looking at positive learning outcomes for preschool children. Megan grew up in the NOVA area and now resides in Centreville with her husband and three children. She joined CPCP in May, 2018.
Jen Radcliffe, Lead Teacher
Jen received her BA in Early Childhood Education from Hood College in Frederick, MD and has lived in Clifton since 1994. She has been an active volunteer in her children’s schools in Japan, Monterey, CA and Fairfax County. Jen joined CPCP in 2008 and is our lead teacher for the 4/5’s class. Jen has two children.
Mary Jo Kaczmarek, Teacher Assistant
Mary Jo Kaczmarek received a B.S. in Education from the University of Virginia. She taught first grade and kindergarten in Fairfax County for 9 years and homeschooled her children for 13 years. She volunteers at Liberty Middle School, CVHS and St. Andrew the Apostle Church. She and her husband, Mark, have five children, four of whom attended CPCP. Mary Jo joined CPCP in the fall of 2017 as our assistant teacher for the 4/5’s class.
Amy McConaghie, Lead Teacher
Amy was born in Washington, DC and raised in the Clifton area. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 1995 and worked at AMS/CGI in Training and Finance. She volunteers at the Fairfax County Public Schools, in the nursery at her church, manages a soccer team, and volunteers for her sons' local Boy Scout troop. Amy joined CPCP in 2014 and is the lead teacher for the 3’s class. Amy has three boys, all whom attended CPCP.
Kathleen Cipolla, Teacher Assistant
Kathie and her husband Mike of 27 years have resided in Clifton for 22 years; three of their four children attended CPCP. Kathie received her Associates Degree from NOVA. Kathie embraces early childhood education and teaches figure skating, hockey and dance with many years of experience with children. Kathie joined CPCP in 2016 and is the assistant teacher in the 3’s class.
Judy Howell, Lead Teacher
Judy has lived in the Centreville Area for 26 years. She received her BS Degree in Communication Disorders from James Madison University. She taught Speech Therapy in both Rockingham and Prince William Counties. She also has taught 2 and 4 year olds at a previous preschool for many years. She joined CPCP in 2016 and is the lead teacher for the 2.5’s class. Judy has 2 daughters.
Leah Milla, Teacher Assistant
Leah moved to NOVA in 2001 after completing her Bachelor's degree at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. She has been a substitute teacher at CPCP and an active volunteer at Union Mill Elementary School and the PTA. Leah has two children who have both attended CPCP. Leah joined CPCP in the fall of 2017 as our assistant teacher for the 2.5’s class.
Ann Sheard, Teacher Assistant
Ann has lived in Northern Virginia for her entire life, moving to Clifton in 1997 with her husband Rob and two children. Ann worked for 33 years for Fairfax County before retiring in 2014 and then working for a non-profit. Ann is an assistant in the extended program.
Jayme Longerbeam, Afternoon Caretaker, Admin Assistant
Jayme was born and raised in Clifton. She now raises her family in the Clifton/Fairfax Station area. Jayme attended CPCP when she was younger. She has 3 children and actively volunteers in their school community and with Girl Scouts. She has previously taught 2-5 year olds and has a background in customer service/office administration. Jayme joined CPCP in the fall of 2017 as our Extended caretaker/Admin Assistant.
