The members of Clifton Presbyterian Church share their time, talent and financial resources with the community, both locally and internationally. Programs include:
- The Haiti team volunteering with Hearts with Haiti based at the Wings of Hope site for orphans with special needs in Fermathe outside of Port au Prince.
- Mission trips to Hospital Ste Croix in Leogane, Haiti, "Project Crossroads" in the heart of the Appalachians in Virginia and the Puentes de Cristo Mission in Mexico.
- Contributing food, clothing, holiday gifts, on-call referral assistance and transportation to the needy through Western Fairfax Christian Ministries.
- Reaching those nearby through a weekday preschool program.
- Participating in the Angel Tree Ministry program to support families of prisoners.
- Leading worship six times a year at the Fairfax Nursing Care Center.
- Serving meals at S.O.M.E. (So Others May Eat), a soup kitchen in Washington, D.C. and other homeless shelters.
- Hosting weekly meetings of Alcoholics Anonymous.
- Sponsoring Boy Scout Troop 1104.
- Supporting 30 Hour Famine, Clifton Day, New Church Development, Union Theological Seminary and Heifer International.
- Hosting the NewBorn Korean Church for services.
